Chef Kanch has two young kids, her own business to run plus other commitments and still wants to eat well! She believes in the healing power of food. The better you eat the better you think. Her dream life is to be able to make an impact on the way the world eats one plate at a time. Her two main loves are connecting people and creativity, easily integrating the two over a delicious raw plant-based meal. At La Taula, her mission is to provide delicious plant-based cheeses and desserts making entertaining and self-Indulgence simply fun and healthy.
